SHOLEH’S “JEWEL” WINS ROWAYTON PRIZE

ROWAYTON, Conn. (February 12, 2010) – Sholeh’s 2009 work “The Eastern Jewel” was a prize-winner in the Abstract category of Rowayton Arts Center’s “Expressions 2010” competition.

The awards were presented on February 15, 2010 at a ceremony at the Arts Center. The award-winners were selected from 116 entries submitted to the competition. The exhibition ran through Sunday, March 21.

Located in the heart of Rowayton on the scenic banks of the Five Mile River, the Rowayton Arts Center (RAC) is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to exhibit the work of creative people in the area, offer classes for artists of all levels, serve as a community cultural center and create an environment for the exchange of arts-related ideas.
